How do I enable data streaming on the iphone5? Just got it and want to watch something on rte player. Keeps telling me I must enable cellular streaming. Where is it?

I got it working since, I had to go into the rte player app and enable cellular streaming there. It wasn't anywhere in general settings where I was initially looking. Thanks anyway.
You first go to phone settings and make sure cellular data is turned on. If a app is still saying to go to settings and allow cellular data it means go to the settings on the app! It took me long to figure that out so I wanted to share
